Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

Every attempt will be made to ship items ordered through our online store by the end of the next business day following the day the order was placed, unless an item ordered is out of stock.

All items ordered through our online store are shipped UPS Ground Rates based on the weight and size of the items, unless otherwise noted at the time of checkout. Products that contain hazardous materials will be shipped via Parcel Post. Small items will be shipped by priority mail where it is more economical and/or expedient than UPS. Products exceeding UPS weight and size limits will be shipped by truck. We will contact you after you place your order to arrange for shipping and the billing of the freight for these items.

Tracking numbers, where applicable, will be provided to you via email once your order has been shipped. (We are in no way responsible for delays of your order resulting from negligence of the carrier, strikes, weather conditions, power failures, or acts of God. Once your order leaves our facility, the carrier is responsible for timely deliveries).

DAMAGED OR FLAWED GOODS

Please inspect all packages when they arrive. If any of the items arrive damaged, save all packaging and damaged goods for inspection. Immediately call Midwest Bio-Systems at 815-438-7200 to report any damage. All damage claims must be made within 7 business days from receipt of goods.

RETURN INFORMATION

If a product you purchase contains a manufacturer’s defect contact Midwest Bio-Systems at 815-438-7200 to return the product and make arrangements for refund or replacement.

All returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. There will be a 20% restocking fee for any returns made after 30 days from the purchase date.

We do not pay for return shipping costs. Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping fees back to our warehouse.

Upon receipt of a return, the returns department will inspect the materials. If they are not found to be in like-new condition at our discretion, we will not issue a refund or replacement. Midwest Bio-Systems, Inc is not responsible for any damage during the return shipping process.

This refund policy does not apply to our consumable products. All sales on consumable products are final.
